About Us
The International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT) is organized by Politeknik Negeri Bandung (Polban) to build a culture of international seminars and publications in the field of applied science and technology. The keynote speakers not only have international publication achievements but also industrialization experience from the results of research conducted in the engineering and non-engineering fields. ISSAT 2026 invites governments, academics, practitioners, and industries to talk together in Digital Transformation and Green Innovation for Sustainability Development.

Submission via SubMeet Conference System
Submission of Full Paper
[IMPORTANT] To submit full paper (6 – 8 pages), authors must create an account first. The whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be downloaded directly from your account once your full paper is accepted to be presented at the conference. ONLY Presented papers will be submitted to Proceeding.
- Papers should NOT have: Page numbers, Headers, Footers.
- All review processes are double blind reviews.
- To ensure the double- blind review process, please do not enter the author names in the paper that is going to be reviewed. Keep the author fields as it is. The author names are required for the final paper version. However, complete author names must be inserted in system. The author names and their positions cannot be changed after the paper is reviewed by the reviewer.
Important Note : The similarity level of Full Paper should not be more than 20%.

This Conference follows the guidelines set out by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in all aspects of publication ethics, in particular, protocols of research and publication misconduct.
Author(s)
- Authors attest that the material has not been previously published and that they have not transferred any rights to the article to another party.
- Authors should ensure the originality of their work and must properly cite others work in accordance with the approved references format.
- Authors should not engage in plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
- Authors should ensure that they follow the criteria for authorship as described in the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
- The authors must not disclose any personal information that may identify their subjects, such as overt descriptions, photographs or pedigrees. If photographs are essential to the article, the authors must receive written consent and state it clearly within the article.
- Authors should make all data and details of their work available to the editors if there are suspicions of data falsification or fabrication.
- Authors of the article should clarify any possible conflicts of interest such as their job role, research expenses, consultant expenses, and intellectual property.
